Countdown to Christmas

We decided to start a new tradition and do an advent calendar this year. I figure it will be a good way for Bridget to better understand the concept of time, and how long a day/week/month is. Each bag has a very small gift in it, and it is serving as a great countdown to when Santa arrives.

We started today, Dec. 1, and she will open her last gift on Christmas Eve. In a few years we can start doing one for Evan too and we'll have two rows hanging. I have high hopes of making this a Foley tradition for many years to come.




Today's gift was a small notepad with Disney Princesses in it.
